The potato oles were way over cooked and the meat was full of grease.

The Waterloo Iowa location- Lexi (a manager) took on advising me of DoorDash placing my food on the ground in their parking lot while DoorDash driver worked on his car. He had my order over 25 mins before she called to tell me. She states DoorDash wanted to give me $3 vs the refund. She told me to throw the food away and that she could not redo the order if I had someone come and get it. I was told to wait while she fought DoorDash. No calls back.
