I ordered a meat and potato burrito and it was like soup on a tortilla, I was driving so I wasn't going to go back when I started eating it.
Bad customer service. Supervisor said she was new.. Definitely didn’t act like a supervisor.
Stopped for a snack on the way home at 5. 3rd in line at the drive thru, waited 14 minutes for a medium potato oles. Food was cold when we got it, no napkins. I went inside and demanded hot potato oles. Girl behind counter had attitude about it, but did replace them. Still no napkins. Driving home I had a couple, but they were too salty for me, so my wife ate almost all of them. 3 hours later and my wife has thrown up twice and feels like she has food poisoning. I didn't want to post this, but I felt I had to in order to hopefully have this count to change around the way this place operates and serves the community. My fiancée and I drove from Cheyenne to Scottsbluff, walked into DQ across the parking lot, it was horrible service, you can hear people bicker about being busy, we both just left, decided against it before anyone could help us.
