I didn't want to post this, but I felt I had to in order to hopefully have this count to change around the way this place operates and serves the community. My fiancée and I drove from Cheyenne to Scottsbluff, walked into DQ across the parking lot, it was horrible service, you can hear people bicker about being busy, we both just left, decided against it before anyone could help us. Not good. Oles were so burned that they were nothing but a shell. Customer service wasn’t great either, not friendly or polite. I said thank you when I was handed my order and the young man said nothing and closed the window.
I had a really good experience today at this Taco John’s. The service was exceptional and the staff were friendly.
