I have been in this Taco Johns several times with great experience but today I ordered super nachos. Received chips that were so stale I could not chew them and after they would not make new ones for the customer before me I insisted new nachos, they made me new ones with undercooked chips that are also chewy! And the girl, was rude and annoyed that I asked for new ones. Her customer service is trash! The other 2 working were very apologetic and polite
I didn’t catch the lady’s name but she took my order this morning and was AMAZING!! She repeated my order back to me for confirmation and everything tasted great. Thank you for the great experience!
Ashley was absolutely wonderful after we just had a terrible experience with Dairy Queen this girl is amazing and we greatly appreciate her customer service today !!
