I just want to shout out South Sioux City Taco John’s for their generosity in providing food for those experiencing food insecurity!
Did an online order. When I got there the worker came on and said I can't take your order for 2 minutes. Said ok. When she came back on I said I had an online order. She said to pull forward it would be 10-15 minutes! I said really?!! Can I cancel it then? Will the money go back on my card? She couldn't answer these questions so I said whatever I'll pull ahead. This is one of my top favorite places to eat breakfast and to start my day. I don’t want ruined by poor customer service every time I come here the drive-through people are always so rude.
