I've had two really great visits recently. Last night's was exceptional. The Ole's for the order weren't quite ready, and I was directed to the door for it to be brought out. What resonated with me, was the interaction with Darnell. Him da man!! It was a brief exchange at the window, but it's the way he leaned out the window gaining/maintaining eye contact with me, and the sincerity of his apology for the delay, that sealed the deal. Prices through the roof! $4.19 for a spicy steak & potato griller barely larger than a hot sauce package! $1.59 for a super small size of sour cream No wonder the dining room was empty at 12:30.
FOOD WAS TRASH, MANAGERS DEMEANOR AND ATTITUDE WASN'T WHAT IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN. OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS A TRASHY ONE I WON'T RETURN
The late night guy there goes above and beyond to help people. He ran our cheese sauce out and yelled " Wait, I forgot your cheese" catching us just as we were starting to pull away. He always has a good attitude too, that's hard to find in late night food sometimes.
