TACO JOHNS was pretty good I had my doubts at first but I am now a regular, the crunchy tacos were very crunchy , fresh tasting somewhat similar to my homemade taco shells not boxed n stale. Thank you your my new go to place 4 my flavorite food of all time ...CRUNCHY TACOS!!!
Cant get an order right and manager is very rude and should be fired
Taco Johns in Vermillion, SD – I rate them lower as they always have old meat or put way too much seasoning in the meat like it taste old. I have purchased other food there that is good and they do have good customer service most of the time.
Horrible – They have messed up our orders so many times. It is horrible service from the mangers but I worked with the owner Aaron and he was a pleasure to work with. The food is always great here but I don't like the service i get from the staff or getting my orders messed up.
Fantastic Food, Exemplary Service – My last two visits to this establishment have been tremendous. The young guy working the counter seemed enthusiastic and genuine. The food was great and the staff that waited on us appeared honestly concerned about whether my co-worker and I were enjoying ourselves. The only draw back was it took quite awhile for the food to get out to us but, to be fair it was quite busy. Overall. I would give an A- and feel confident in saying they have a customer for life.
Never had a bad meal here. – This Taco John's location is the best one I've ever been to. They consistently have fresh, hot food. Oles are always crispy, never soggy. The staff is nice and service is fast. I've been to other locations where the tortillas are old and crusty, but never here. I would choose this location over any other in the cities because I've never had a bad meal here. Also, it's close to a lot of different stores, so it's convenient when you're out running errands.
Consistently poor service and quality – Taco Johns used to be my favorite mexican fast food. Thanks to this location I rarely eat it anymore. My family have documented our last FIVE stops at this location and they have yet to get our order right in the drive thru. The food has not been hot nor fresh. The employees are more concerned with gabbing and messing around they loose sight of the fact that they are getting paid to serve customers not socialize.
