Every time I go to this store it's a good experience! Everyone's super happy and I enjoy the new Taco John's location
I was in the dinning room eating at 10:30. The lady that was wiping down tables was using the same towel to wipe tables and chairs. That's gross. Wiping chairs and tables with the same towel is unsanitary. People have nasty stuff on there pant. Gross. I've been a fast food manager and thats one thing I taught them never to do that. Not sure id eat there again inside anyway.
Service has dropped off since opening. They got my whole order wrong today and forgot the drink. Hash browns tasted like they were cooked in old grease and they didn’t season them at all. Went from being extraordinary to just another fast food place that doesn’t care about the people or service they give. This was at breakfast time.
So good! Fully staffed, friendly service, fast and fresh food. They’re handling high demand very well. Highly recommended
