Tried going to this specific location twice. First time the AI taking the order thru the drive thru wouldn't get it right, yeah I had a couple special requests (adding potatoes to my burrito, not an extra set of ole's side order), I got upset, went to the window to try to fix my order, the guy was rude as heck to me, than proceeded to give me what I ordered. Too salty
The employees here make this the best location to come to!! Mazie is one of my favorites, but they are all absolutely hard working and kind. I have dietary restrictions and they never mess up my food. It's rare for that to happen! They are so wonderful, kind, and especially attentive to helping.
The drive through uses AI to take your order and it feels like I'm ordering on a dial-up connection. When you get to the window there is 50/50 chance you'll have to reorder everything at the window regardless of the long fight you had to go through to get the AI to finish your order in the first place. Worst part was the actual people there were nice and friendly. Whoever corporate is ruined this restaurant and I will never go to taco johns again.
The kids that were working were nice and apologetic for the slow service, due to staff shortages, however, we waited 25 min for our food and the workers in the back looked liked scurrying mice. No rhyme or reason to their work. The owner of this store should have been here to give a hand and keep the workers on task. Everyone stay away and save yourselves and the food was not even good.
