Wow! Ivan and his family provide an amazing taco catering service. We booked him a week before my graduation and he did not disappoint. The food ( pastor&chicken w baked potatoes ) was amazing and the quantity was just as he said, we still have some leftover. He's a courteous man, easy to make requests too and eager to help. We picked up our catering and provided everything necessary to have a great setup for our party, even made us a chipotle salsa and gave us a couple of sampler tacos before picking everything up. I had an amazing experience with Tacos Inn. They are quick to respond and very attentive. Keeping you updated with your order and making sure you are happy. My event was in Alamogordo, NM which is an hour and a half away. They had my food warm and ready for pick up. The food was delicious and the customer service was top notch.
