After my simple call for assistance I can see why they have the ratings good luck out there
BUYER BEWARE! Our Taco leak breaker completely malfunctioned soon after we purchased it (but outside of the 1-year warranty period). It was beeping constantly and nothing worked to resolve it. I contacted the company directly after our plumber was unable to troubleshoot it and they were unwilling to offer any solutions or make the situation right. Poor product quality and poorer customer service....do yourself a favor and place your business elsewhere.
BUYER BEWARE! We bought a Taco pump from a local supplier just under 3 years ago. It stopped working this week so we contacted the original vendor who then directed us to a Taco rep. The product has a 3 year warranty of which we are still 11 days inside BUT that warranty is from the date of manufacture NOT the date of purchase. It was manufactured 6 months prior to us purchasing which makes this our problem as they will not honor the warranty. Employees of taco have an entire parking lot and try to bully laundromat employees for parking spots that are for the LAUNDROMAT. Rude ignorant entitled people.
I worked at taco and they're not about family.. Anthony Demoura on my last day at work talked about another employee who had recently passed saying they care so much and the same day I left work and had a seizure driving home and crashed and couldn't work for 6 months I had to wait 3 months to get paid then got let go and couldn't collect for 3 months because I couldn't legally work and when I can work again they wouldn't let me have my Job back... they don't care if you have a near death experience or struggle.
