Called and after over 20 min on hold an automated message popped up stating they were experiencing a high call volume and to call back during normal business hours then hung up. I’d say they have terrible customer service but I couldn’t even get ahold of anyone. Guess I’ll just go ahead and figure my issue out on my own instead of being able to call the company that designed a poor product.
