Called and after over 20 min on hold an automated message popped up stating they were experiencing a high call volume and to call back during normal business hours then hung up. I’d say they have terrible customer service but I couldn’t even get ahold of anyone. Guess I’ll just go ahead and figure my issue out on my own instead of being able to call the company that designed a poor product. BUYER BEWARE! Our Taco leak breaker completely malfunctioned soon after we purchased it (but outside of the 1-year warranty period). It was beeping constantly and nothing worked to resolve it. I contacted the company directly after our plumber was unable to troubleshoot it and they were unwilling to offer any solutions or make the situation right. Poor product quality and poorer customer service....do yourself a favor and place your business elsewhere.

BUYER BEWARE! We bought a Taco pump from a local supplier just under 3 years ago. It stopped working this week so we contacted the original vendor who then directed us to a Taco rep. The product has a 3 year warranty of which we are still 11 days inside BUT that warranty is from the date of manufacture NOT the date of purchase. It was manufactured 6 months prior to us purchasing which makes this our problem as they will not honor the warranty. Do your homework and watch manufacturing dates because it will become your problem... read more
