The Reserve location is the worst. I ordered two items for takeout and somehow the chips on the nachos were forgotten?? How in the world did you forget the main part of the dish? I used to love this place and could always get a great meal here. Now it just seems like everyone is high or checked out and the food is going down hill. The food was nothing great. The decor was atrocious. Hanging pallets on a wall isn't decorating.
Got half a scoop of beans because the tray ran out and instead of refilling the beans proceeded to put a couple pieces of cheese on burrito. the employee says I don’t know where the cheese is. I got a rolled up tortilla and was charged full price. What a joke south reserve location
