The past few times that we have gone through the drive thru, it's taken so long and they've made our order wrong. Still, we decided to give it another try. Tonight, I pulled up at 9:30pm (they don't close until 10). They told me to give them a second. After about 5 minutes they informed me that they were out of meat and beans and were not going to make anymore. The customer service has been horrible and just continues to get worse.
