I don't understand the previous bad reviews. I go there all the time and have never had any problems. It's taco casa food that tastes like taco casa and everyone there has always been pleasant.
Horrible service. Extremely long drive through wait time. They pick and choose when to answer the phone only to tell you the manager ids busy please call back
Great food great staff clean restraint and u get ur monies worth who could ask for more . Tried just about everything on the menu nothing there I don't like

The manager a blonde headed young girl. Wanted to argue with me about our order being wrong. This was the worst customer service I have had anywhere. I will be contacting the corporate office tomorrow morning.
Unfortunately I have to give a star...it doesn't even deserve a star. Very unprofessional staff. Corporate needs to make a stop by here and clean house. I would close them down and pull my signs off that building. It's a disgrace!

I am normally a big taco casa fan, but this store is horrible. Firstly, we ordered the 12 pack taco pack, asked for soft taco's as we have someone in the family who is missing there top row of teeth. They said fine. Sent it out and it was hard shell. we waited and explained it again. offered to pay teh differance, and they refused said they would NOT do it. Decent food when there isn't a hair cooked in the giant hamburger, along with overpriced menu items, 9.00 for a nacho supreme? We are not at a nfl sporting event, nine$ for a breakfast burrito with two meats? Ridiculous. Fix the prices or don't add double when adding a topping or side for a la carte.
