Pulled into the drive-thru and was the only car in line at 2:08pm on Thursday. It literally took 10 minutes before the manager took the order, and another 9 minutes before getting my 1 taco and 1 tostada. The order was correct and the food was good, but it shouldn’t require almost 20 minutes during the no -peak hour.
I used to work at the Taco Casa in Brownwood TX, and it was hard work but I loved it because it was and always has been raw to fresh every morning, making amazing fresh food was awesome, and I will always recommend taco casa, but this location, at this date, the food was good but maaaaannnn it was dirty for no reason, I went around 1:30pm and they were dead yet the lobby was very dirty and when I went to the counter I was looked at but completely ignored for a while, not even "I'll be right with you sir" in any degree what s... read more
