I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to Taco Casa on Galloway and Kearney in Mesquite. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito, and what I received was poorly prepared and not what I expected at all. The portioning and overall quality were off, and it didn’t feel like any care was put into making it. I even took pictures because I was so surprised by how it looked compared to what is normally served. I’ve had better experiences before, which makes this even more frustrating. I ordered a beef salad bowl with a half sweet and half unsweetened tea The taste was not that good and the salad shell had a stale taste The customer service was good The atmosphere was quiet, considering it was only six people inside

The service used to be great, but I think there is a new girl that works the window. So far, we ordered super tacos and received regular tacos. It was taco Tuesday, so we didn't make a big deal. She never says thank you! She hands us our stuff and closes the window without saying anything at all. We sat at the window while she just looked at us, which we had to honk in order for her to up the window to see why we were still sitting there. She forgot to hand us our drinks.
