I used to love this place but after tonight I had bad experience with it. I bought 3 lite tacos and, I found 2 strand of hairs which is freaking "GROSS" 🤮 this employees need to wear hair net over their head. I went and took them back to show the manager the taco had hairs and she didn't even apologized for it all she said she can replace them or refund me the money back but i told her nope I'm not eating from here again, This is the second time I had the issue.

I visited Taco Casa on 9/10/26 around 8:50 PM and had a great experience. I was helped by someone named Terika (I apologize if I misspelled her name or misheard), and she was very pleasant and provided excellent customer service. She was friendly, professional. I really appreciate the positive attitude and great service.
It’s a nice clean store and food is good! For fast food and staff is polite! Revisit: 9/10/26 food just warm not hot, give it a four for fast food.
