First of all they don't accept Tap to Pay which in 2026 is ridiculous second they know they're busy during lunch so they only staff the SLOWEST people. This is a busy area that they KNOW gets busy so they only man up 1 drive thru whenever there's 2 available. I'll never come back for lunch and I'll tell everyone not to. Waiting over 30 mins in a drive thru BEFORE EVEN ORDERING is absolutely preposterous.
