It has been years since I had tried any taco casa so decided to try it out. Got about $75 worth of food. Super nachos, super tostadas, crunchy tacos, super salad bean burritos, soft tacos etc. it was ready fairly quickly and it was actually fantastic. Taste, texture and freshness hit the mark and the service was friendly.
Always clean, always fast. The portions at Taco Casa are ridiculous. Like, enormous. Very friendly staff. Dawn is an awesome manager with a wonderful team.
About 4-5 employees spoke with me when my son and I visited today and they were some of the nicest, most hospitable people! They took great care of! Best service I’ve had in fast food possibly ever!
2nd time stopping at this location. Both times my order was incorrect. I am not sure if the employees understand basic English or just dont care. I go through the Drive Thru as I am usually passing through and dont normally have the time to go in. When you ask for No Lettuce you expect not to have lettuce on your order. And, when they begin the conversation - "What You Need ?", what happened to Hello or May I Help You.
