When They first opened they were great hot and fresh food. Went recently and the taco was cold and stale. I tried to reach out to see if it could be corrected, I never heard anything back. Really disappointed in the service and even taco casa as a whole for not getting back with me.
I really love and enjoy Taco Casa, it is unfortunate that this location acknowledged there are issues of card payments charging additional random charges. It has been a month and I'm still disputing with my bank for a $16.08 charge not authorized at this location. When I spoke with both manager(s), one on the day of the discrepancy and one once charges posted to account and they were not helpful in processing a refund or any further support for a resolution.
