To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally report an ongoing payroll and timekeeping issue involving a family member who works at a TC Restaurant location in Fort Worth, Texas. The restaurant’s timeclock system is known to crash frequently. On the day in question, my family member was unable to clock in due to this system failure. Terrible service. My grandma went and was left waiting and waiting at the window with her order sitting at the counter. Another man had to come and " finish helping " my grandma , and they gave her a plate instead of the tacos we wanted , she didn't even get the bean and cheese taco she payed for , and they didnt give her a receipt either. The taco cabana on 281 and san pedro was much much better , this is the location that should have been closed.

I went through the drive-thru that goes Monday the 14th of this month September I ordered a taco salad with carnitas The salad was terrible they put very little beans on very little rice and stuck my lettuce sons put the cheese on top of the lettuce Oh fit in the microwave and put the hard meat on top of my salad It was disgusting I have a picture of it I would be more than happy to send it to you
