Ordered dinner online on their website for delivery. Food was cold and missing items. Called the restaurant to explain what happened and the first time it went into voicemail! Second time they answered and said I could come in to pick up the missing items. Really? I ordered delivery (of which the Uber driver was really nice). This is the last time I dine at this location, sad too, when it first opened and management were onsite it was great but it has steadily declined, I had one bad experience months ago and decided to try it again this morning and it’s just worse, got charged a total $2.36 + 0.19 tax, so $2.55 for cheese on 4 breakfast tacos, shouldn’t cheese be a given on a breakfast taco??!!, and then, they didn’t even put the cheese on them, just wtaf??!
