Would not return...was there mid afternoon..only 2vother guests..yet food took long time to arrive andvit was not enjoyable at all. Would NOT return or recommend
The service is very poor; they don't attend to customers promptly, the place is dirty, and the salsa bar is empty. I do not recommend visiting this establishment. I have no intention of returning—neither to this location nor to any other Taco Cabana.
Pulled up to the drive through, the server waived me down to the window and said "door dash" I said no I want to place an order! He then said we are closed, I said it's not 10 o'clock yet, so are you closing or is it closed? He said closed. So I just pulled off this is bad for business! I got there at 9:56 closing is at 10 o,clock.
This place needs new management I've been to other taco cabanas they aren't as bad as this one
The buy one taco get one taco free would not work on the app. I tried for 20 minutes and gave up on it. So three of us went in on a box and when I got to the window to pick up the order, I explained the buy one get one free did not work on the app and they said they could not offer any free tacos and It only could be done through the app only…… in fact the representative tried to charge us for three more tacos so we could get the three tacos free…….
