It was my first time coming to taco cabana. I was met by Attia a worker who made my experience very good. Overall 5 out of 5 stars.
Attia was very nice and professional
Placed an online order to be picked up by 7:02pm. I arrived at the restaurant and waited at the register for 10 minutes. No one acknowledged me or came to the register. I then decided go through the drive thru, waited another 10 minutes, just to be told to come back inside. I left without my food. This place is a joke. Reviews here praising management are so obviously fake. Do yourself a favor, avoid this “restaurant” like the plague.
Attia the store manager was very bright and had great customer service! She served me with a big smile on her face and the service was also quick.
I visited Taco Cabana on Sunday, May 3 for a dine-in breakfast, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I’ll start with the only positive: the assistant manager who took our order was friendly, upbeat, and welcoming. She was truly the highlight of the visit. Beyond that, things quickly went downhill. I ordered the fajita breakfast plate and asked for orange juice, only to be told they didn’t have any.
