Love this go to place! Always there for me! Good food priced right...the tortillas alone are a good.meal...fun environment nice and clean

I went to Taco Cabana Sunday night for a burrito. I ordered through the drive thru, and the guy that attended to me did not even greet me, just asked for payment and for me to pull forward to wait for my food. I waited, and he came out with my food and was silent, did not even say thank you. Terrible customer service.
Tacos are to small & not filled up for the price they charge.I can get 2 big & full tacos at another restaurant for the same price that fill me up.They charge too much & want to give u less not good at all.
This is one of the filthiest restaurants I have ever stepped in. At 9:00 AM the salsa bar showed all the signs of having ingredients from the previous day. All the containers were near empty and there was salsa all over the sides in a very unkempt manner. There were drinking cups on a large amount of tables, a mound of debris at the center of the cooking floor and the dirtiest coffee dispenser one can imagine. I returned my coffee cups and asked for sealed orange drinks instead. I will never step in that place again!!!
I enjoyed my cabana sampler and the staff was nice
I ordered two dozen (24) tortillas and they gave me one dozen (12).... How do you mess up an order that simple?!
Love the food, but service can be terrible. Today's order took 42 minutes. Also the place sometimes looks like a war zone. If it looks busy, I would not go.
I enjoy lunch here frequently and happy hour special is good deal. Foods Great , always fresh. Service is good , employees always hard at work. Love the TC menu. only want bigger cups at salsa bar.
