I came with my friend to this taco cabana. When you first walk in, no one acknowledges you, the workers take forever to take your order, when they are taking our order they were talking in the headset with their friends laughing and messing around, and when i tried to redeem my points for tortillas the lady taking our order messed something up and when i asked if it took off for the tortillas, she said it doesnt do that and the app just gives you points even though above the QR code it said redemption for 12 count tortillas.... read more
The music in the culebra location is on so loud & it's really odd music. I can't even explain what kind of awful loud music that is blasting. People were eating outside in the heat. Waited for @ least 10 minutes while the manager walked back & forth without even acknowledging me waiting for my change. Won't be eating inside again.
Food was mediocre…, my husband ordered the fajita combo and he was asked if he wanted the peppers and onions. He agreed to the veggies and his tacos were plain. I ordered a chicken flauta combo with a Dr.pepper and a strawberry margarita. The young lady said I couldn’t combine it with the meal which I was not planning to. I told her it was separate.
