Went a few days ago and it was great tonight we go through drive thru because it says it was open. No one responded we pull up to the window and lady with black hair and glasses doesn’t even acknowledge us it was 10:00 it says open till 12! She lets us sit there for a few minutes then comes to drive thru window and says we closed we close at 10 there were two cars behind us. She is always rude
Big nacho was his name and he has thee best customer service. Even sang us a song. This is what the world needs good happy workers like him. Bravo Tc do what u must to keep him 👏🏻👏🏻
Came through the drive thru asked for 12 bean and cheese. The girl immediately said “your gonna have to give me a minute” allll rude. I’m like chilll it’s just a dozen. And no one was in front or behind us. Definitely not busy at all. Owner should re train these young girls on hospitality and manners before leaving unattended.
