I give this TC a try like once a year, hoping things will improve. Today I waited nearly 30 minutes for 2 bean and cheese tacos At least the manager "checked on them" for me every ten minutes.
Drive thru service is horrible.
I ordered flour and corn tortillas to go. I've had the flour before, but never the corn. The lady at the window was a little ehhh as far as customer service goes, but not the worst I've experienced. The corn tortillas tore apart when I tried to make tacos. I couldn't even eat them. I'll never order corn tortillas from them again.
Usually just run through to pick up a side. Always courteous and professional
