I went through drive-through asked for a veggie bowl with no sour cream and I came home with a shredded chicken with sour cream, lettuce, cheese, rice, and beans. I called multiple times nobody answered.

Awful place . We waited forever For 3 tacos , 2 chicken fajita and 1 brisket . The brisket one tasted horrible , old , n no brisket taste at all. I took a bite and threw it away , too bad l didn’t take pics to show !

Unacceptable customer service. The cashier completely messed up my order, charging me for chips and queso that I never asked for alongside my quesadilla. When I pointed out the mistake, instead of fixing it, he actually argued with me and claimed, “you did order it.” He had facial piercings and seemed completely zoned out. Terrible attitude and zero accountability.

I stopped by this Taco Cabana location and the experience was seriously disappointing. I stood at the counter for a good 15 minutes without a single employee acknowledging me, no greeting, no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing. When I finally walked up to ask about my order, the employee I spoke with was dismissive and outright rude, like I was inconveniencing them by asking a simple question.
