Unprofessional greeting on intercom, employees not in dress code, two employees went back and forth about giving my order to someone else or not preparing it properly. Asked me to drive forward and wait…waited 10-15 mins after 3-4 cars behind me got served before finally going back and asking if they forgot about me and advising I want a refund. Margaritas ONLY Sadly they've cut way too many corners on the margarita recipe..... They switched the mix-in for strawberry last year, and now followed with mango. If you are looking for a good smooth margarita, you might need to check elsewhere. To be frank, the plain lime was not a smooth mix. My ninja slushi machine does a way better job than their expensive Taylor machine. FIX YOUR MIX.
