Horrible unsanitary for it to be this hot. Who's to say that bodily fluid isn't going in the food.
I’ve eaten at Taco Cabana for years, but the last few times I went inside, the building was unbearably hot. Just waiting for my food gave me a headache. What upset me most wasn’t just the discomfort as a customer, but seeing employees expected to work in those conditions. Employees who still managed to have a happy face, while sweat dripped from their forehead…It’s honestly shocking that the air conditioning still hasn’t been properly fixed. The staff deserve a safe and comfortable environment, especially in Texas heat.
By far the SLOWEST drive thru I’ve ever been in! Waited over 15 minutes from pulling up to ordering. I left. I’ve never done that before. It was our first and last time visiting that location!
Only gave the food a 3 for previous experience! Manager that has RED glasses and is not wearing a name tag is beyond rude with her faces and attitude. Absolutely no reason. Do better.
Zero stars if I could, I just ordered carne asada tacos to deliver and I’m pretty sure the meat was BAD. I was hungry and already started eating them until I noticed, I just trashed the rest. The corn tortillas were so oily on top of the issue with meat smelling off. I hope I don’t get food poisoning because this place won’t hear the end of it. I have a one year old to take care and have no time to be sick. Please just don’t bring your kids or come here, I wish I read the reviews first.
