Service very slow
I was in there this afternoon on a rainy dreary day for a to go order. I made my order and the tall older black gentleman was so helpful. He then proceeded to make my order and made sure everything was correct. It’s nice to see people like him that make sure that everything they prepare is right! The food was delicious and I hope that man is recognized for the good work he does at Taco Cabana! Highly recommend this restaurant! percent happy!
I went here a few weeks ago and it was the worst customer service (or lack thereof) I've experienced in a long time. I ordered online and showed up 15 minutes later but was standing around for over 45 minutes more until they gave me my food. No one was even at the front checkout for a long while. The drive-thru must have processed over twenty people while I stood around inside unattended, totally disgraceful. My order was missing items and the tacos were soggy and gross. The customer service at this location was terrible. Whitney was openly talking about customers right in front of them. The store wasn’t even busy, yet she acted like she hadn’t had a break. I won’t be coming back.
