The model is broken.
Went to Taco Cabana today during happy hour to get a margarita. I sat in line and ordered a strawberry margarita but was told I couldn’t purchase one without purchasing another item. I told them I’d go somewhere else and drove off. I didn’t see any signage on the building or menu that stated you had to purchase a full price item to get a happy hour drink. I didn’t want food so therefore I shouldn’t be forced to purchase something I don’t want for a discount. Not good business practice at all!
