I must say the customer service at 20349 in Waxahachie was awesome Although the manager was working under pressure due to problems with the kitchen and staff, she did an amazing job managing this store on Sunday morning I applaud her she deserves 10 stars!!!!!!! Now that’s A Manager!!! Congratulations!!
Waited 30 minutes for our food to come out. The couple ahead of us got their order but it was wrong so by the time they got that straightened out our food was late. They called my friend's order but we couldn't hear with the music blaring and they didn't seem to have a PA system. The floor was wet, I had to wait 45 minutes before I could place my order. I asked for a margarita and some chips and dip that was 20 minutes ago.
There kids working here it's a job not a play ground.
They make the tortillas there and all other ingredients are fresh made from scratch. I live the chips n queso! Brisket taco is ok but the chicken bacon ranch is really good. Chicken flautas with queso is great! Best chips we've had in Texas trip. Prices are good too. We could feed family of 9 for under $20. Friendly service.
It took forever for me to get my food I at least thought it would be hot and fresh. Crew members are very rude. Probably wont come back
Super nice! Gentleman taking order was great! Had such a terrible experience at the Rittamin store almost lost my love for Taco Cabana. This location is worth the drive.
A friend and I stopped in at this Taco Cabana this afteroon around 2:30 pm or so. My friend commented on how dirty the place looked as we approached at the cashier. Everthing looked dirty - the floors, the grill, and the chicken roaster. The food was good but the looks of the place did not add to our enjoyment of our food. While we were eating, my friend went to the men's restroom. Upon returning he commented, "You should see the restroom. It is filty. The floor is dirty and the commode is filty dirty." Dirty, very slow and rude staff. It took me 45 minutes to get a bean and cheese taco. I wouldn't recommened this place to my dog.
