This is the worst taco cabana I have ever been to. I went through the drive-thru in the morning and sat in that line for 25 minutes and ended up leaving because the girl at the window didn't even come greet me or take my payment or anything. If I could give it no stars I would. Never going there again.
So today is the second time I’ve come here when one of the employees (I’m assuming it’s just one) has 4 of their kids here at a back table, squealing and running around from time to time. I didn’t realize Taco Cabana was a daycare in addition to a fast food restaurant. It’s difficult to believe this is allowed.
Ordered a quesadilla for my munchkin for quick toddler friendly eats because he’s in that phase and our delivery person(third party delivery service) marked our order as delivered but we never received it. I reached out to TC & spoke with the managers to confirm our order and see how we could resolve the issue. We were able to get my munchkin’s meal personally delivered with no problems afterwards. Very long wait it was so long I had to drive to another location, very poor customer service because we waited 30 mins at the speaker
