I cannot believe this place is still open. It's been quite a while since I've eaten Taco Bueno but if this is indicative of the experience I won't ever eat there again. The food actually tasted old and stale. We bought 2 platters. We literally took one bite of each item and threw it away The store was filthy, the tables were filthy, the floor was sticky. The salsa bar had salsa spilled all over.
Princeton has several good taco places, but this is not one of them. More expensive than any place in Princeton and the worst quality. Stale taco shells. $18 for 6 tacos is crazy with such low quality. I think Princeton could live without this place.
Came through on 8/30/25 @ 11:30am and the staff was blaring music and not answering the drive thru after multiple rounds. We tend to have problems with this location, dirty, terrible service and not welcoming at all. 😞
The worst taco bueno I have ever been to. Enough said.
There's someone named David who works there. He is the reason we keep coming back. He’s super kind, respectful, and always makes sure my food is right. I had a bad experience before, but after a while we decided to give it another shot and he made my last visit really good. I won’t go unless he’s working!
