I'll never darken the door of a Taco Buano again. I had contacted one of you developer planners and was told Durant, Oklahoma was to small for a Taco Buano. How big does the city have to be? We're at a population of 21,000. When I'm traveling, I'll just drive on by a Taco Buano, and go to a restaurant with vision.
This is the most disgusting Mexican food I've ever had. Terrible customer service and nobody even bothers to answer the phone at the restaurant location in Conroe Tx. I used to love the location in Laredo, Texas,. They serve their quesadillas in a garbage bag, so it's easily thrown away for convenience in Conroe, Texas
This Lawton, OK Taco Bueno (#3220) repeatedly skimps on product content. I first reported this to Taco Bueno online and sent a picture of a taco salad with less than 1 inch of lettuce in it … today I get tacos that are less than 1/3 filled (see attached picture). I was charged $5.38 for 2 crispy tacos PLUS an unknown charge of $.14¢ for “1 Taco w/ a Purpose” (& have no idea what this listed charge is for, didn’t even know they added this cost to my order). Sat at the drive thru 9 minutes before they helped the person in front of me I Sat 10 minutes without help. I'll NEVER go back to the Taco Bueno in Roanoke. It's a BAD restaurant!
So NASTY ! I drove through the drive-through and there’s so much grease and it smells so bad. I cannot eat the food.!!! this is the Bueno in Mansfield Texas on Highway 287 Service Rd. I made a complaint and the manager got really ugly with me about it. She did not like like what I said and said what was she supposed to do about? It was her words and I said I guess she would probably need to call corporate and get power washed and she was like yeah thank you have a good day very rude.
