Extremely slow service, waiting in line in the drive thru for a long time.
The lady who works the drive-thru every day at lunch DOES NOT LISTEN. My order is incorrect almost every time.
Worst customer service people have been waiting for 40 minutes to an hour and they can’t even give us refund and can’t tell us when the food would be ready I would never go there again
Like other Taco Buenos in this area, they seem to struggle with keeping help. So service is iffy. Good quality food for the fast food type. Dining area usually tidy. Comfortable temp, music not overwhelming.
