We did a $50 order and the food was terrible. It lacked in quality, quantity, and taste. The person taking the order was rude and this was the worse experience that we have had at this location. I am requesting service recovery as this was a sheer waste of money and time. Do not go here. We could not call and complain as the listed number was no good. The owner should address this with his/her management or corporate should step in and do something!!!!!
Ordered 4 party burritos, ended up paying $28 because the drive through guy rang up someone else's order. Didn't notice until I looked at my bank transactions that night. Went back today Sunday 3/15/26, the Hispanic lady was not hearing anything I had to say. How do you hand someone the right food but charge them for a completely different meal and not catch that? $28 worth vs $6. Always good at this location.
Showed up at 10:30pm they close at 11pm. Two ladies working in side saw me and wouldn’t take my order. Horrible customer service.
