They don’t answer the phone. Whoever owns this location does not care and I seriously can’t believe they are still in business. Bean burritos were flat with hard tortillas, tacos were flat with broken shells, chicken potato burrito was all sour cream with a couple pieces of chicken. $33.00 later had to throw all in trash. They need to take down the pics off the menu because it isn’t near what they actually provide. False advertising!!!
I grew up on Bueno food, so there's a lot of nostalgia when I decide to go. This location, unfortunately, consistently disappoints. They are very slow relative to other establishments, burritos and other items are under-filled and they consistently fail to fulfill the order correctly. Today I sent my son to pickup and he failed to check the order before leaving so we were shorted 6 tacos. At this point, the Bueno of my childhood may just have to live on in my memories.
Say no to mass surveillance. Flock cameras located nearby.
The place has a really bad smell inside that makes you qestion eating there. The food was ok. Would not recommend. Will not go back to this location. You would never guess this is a business in McKinney.
