Stopped by for drive thru and the food was delicious and the service was fast and friendly.
The drive through order was given to me wrong. Missing items from the order. Two people confirmed my order before I received it and it was still all wrong. The guys working in the store looked lost.
Got nachos without any queso. That means just chips. And the drive through sent three different people to the window to verify order and still got it wrong. 7:00pm 9:21
It's just a complete no for me. I use to love taco bueno growing up and decided to stop by. The window worker is rude and hardly even speaks it's clear that she doesn't even want to be there. You can tell the taco roll ups where just thrown together and not properly made and the nachos had mainly chips and 2 scoops of meat. I guess you get what you pay for.
I have never seen such a horrific thing in a drive-thru. window. After I ordered my food and was approaching the window there was a huge rat under the window. I was disgusted and advised the worker at the window about it and stated I’m sorry but I wanted to cancel my order I cannot order from a restaurant knowing what I seen. You all need to call pest control immediately.
