Service was horrible. The lady that took our order was snobby. I ordered a Big o burrito "bob" that is a joke nothing big about it. It was the same size as a regular bean burrito. I can tast tortilla more than what is in it. I haven't ordered one in yrs and last time I did it was 4x that size.
They forgot some of our food, but they fixed it.
I have a dairy allergy and requested my food with no cheese. I got three tacos and the first two didn’t have cheese, but the third one had cheese hidden underneath the lettuce. If I hadn’t seen it I would have eaten something that would cause me to become sick. This is not the first time I’ve ordered this and been given tacos with cheese. This is however the first time the cheese has been put underneath the lettuce so that I couldn’t see it when I open the wrapping to check before leaving.
