Great customer service everything is always on point
I blame upper management - there simply was not enough staff to handle the lunch rush. The wait for the quesadilla I ordered was 24 minutes, which ordinarily would have been unacceptable, but I had some time to kill. The staff working was pleasant but overworked. The quality of the food was what I expected.
