just wanted to give a shout out to the team that was working around 8:30 PM Thursday, July 16, 2026. The sweet woman who took our order in the drive-through was so pleasant and we got our food very quickly. They definitely deserve some praise for their work ethic, speed, and kindness!
I called to ask about sending my order disassembled so it wouldn’t be soggy. The person that finally picked up after 3 tries answered saying “‘hello” like I called their personal phone. I paid for extra toppings on my mucho nacho and taco salad and did not get them and the toppings they did send were in the salsa cups. Beef, tomato and cheese for A mucho nacho in a salsa cup makes no sense. When I tried to call no one answered again. I hope someone makes this right for me. I do have my receipt
Good food for a fast snack
I went to my app to place an online order, and they wanted to pretend like they didn’t have said order after charging me 20$. I was positive I was at the right location and everything and their customer service is so sorry, they didn’t even bother to make the order even when I showed them the order was placed and paid for at THIS location on my phone. So after 9 hrs or work that’s what I get to deal with. What a joke of a location.
