This place is laughable. Either they close early, you wait 30+ minutes in line or they are out of beans or chicken...you choose, this place is terrible!
Horrible drive thru service. Got home to nasty old chips that looked burnt. I ordered mucho nachos and they were the worst I’ve ever gotten. It was nachos with beans and nasty cheese. The drive thru guy was rude at first. I will drive the extra 2 miles to go the one on 86th.
No grill / No Diet Coke ...all told after we ordered and trapped in line for 40 minutes. VERY little meat in tacos. No masks and guy is talking and spitting into cup asking what I want to drink instead. I understand COVID and staffing/hrs cut etc.... but this place needs shut down til they can get problems solved.
they charged my debit card for someone else's order. then gave me change back. then asked me to move forward while the employees couldn't find the front door to enter the establishment. they definitely do not have it together together
I love Bueno. but no more. food looks terrible. wrong temperature. many times. I've tried. I hate giving bad reviews. but the food is intolerable
Intercom did not work, was blocked in the driveway for over 30 min before getting to the window. The woman in front of us was complaining about her food for forever. Instead of them telling her to pull around for them to correct the issues we all had to wait until they were done. This was the worst service I have ever received at a Taco Bueno.
Employees are not wearing masks and slow and unmotivated.
I placed my order online, but still waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes (10 minutes of that was waiting at the order speaker). The young woman at the window was rude. Never got a thank you, sorry it took so long, nothing but an eye roll. If I hadn't paid online, I wouldn't have waited. Won't be patronizing your store again.
Recommendedfast friendly clean this location actually gets you order right and they fill their tacos and burritos and its in the perfect location
