Absolutely ridiculous experience. I ordered 15 minutes ahead, only to show up and find the store completely disorganized. My order wasn’t even started, and they told me I’d have to wait another 30 minutes! What’s the point of ordering ahead if the staff can’t manage orders at all? The app said 1 hour total — that’s insane for a simple pickup burrito and nacho fries. Irequested refund and my rewards back. Totally unacceptable.
God forbid you gotta take a dump after eating there, lady kept banging on the door the whole time and when I get out says I should’ve said something after I tried yelling over the music it was currently occupied
Food was delicious, could have had a little more sauce to it. What I love: you can make anything vegetarian by just swapping meat with beans! The meal combos are absolutely valuable.
Refused to give a cup of water. Very rude.
