This is the worst Taco Bell location I’ve ever dealt with. The restaurant is dirty, and the staff are completely unprofessional. They are rude, unfriendly, and show no respect for delivery drivers, treating us as if we don’t exist. They always prioritize walk-in customers while leaving delivery orders waiting for a long time without any explanation or apology, whether the order is through Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Grubhub. When it gets busy at night, they complete ignore online orders and leave it saying "just finishing up". It never actually completes and you could end up waiting 2-3 hours until Uber eats just cancels your order for you. It's crazy they just leave orders like this instead of cancelling them
Food can sometimes take awhile. Also a very busy Taco Bell at peak hours. Nonetheless, the service & food quality is pretty solid, especially for such a busy spot.
