Got food from app to go nothing was labeled missing food and the food looks like it was thrown together and was a mess I went back to try again and it's somehow worse been waiting for almost half an hour at this point and keep hearing sorry it's not ready yet time and time again to people coming in I think I've seen 5 people at most actually get food Update to order THEY BUMPED IT AND HAD BE WAITING FOR NOTHING I GOT NO FOOD I GOT NOTHING AND WHEN I ASK FOR REFUND HELP THEY SAY NOTHING THEY CAN DO BECAUSE I USED THE APP
Not expecting five star food but this was below par! Dry and stale. Seems they used old oil to fry the chalupa. In addition to poor quality food they also messed up our order- one of the items we ordered was missing.
Service is horrible. The RMV is faster at getting things done. Workers socializing when customers are at the counter either waiting to place the order or waiting for food. Ordered food on the app said would be done at a certain time. Gave plenty of time to get there when order was placed. Only to wait another 45 minutes when I got there to get the food.
