Very bad experience overall. We had to wait an unreasonably long time for our order, and there was no communication or apology from the staff. The whole place felt disorganized and poorly managed. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. One of the employees (a tall male staff member) was especially disrespectful and had a very poor attitude. Nice decor, very clean. Friendly staff, fresh tasty food. The Cantinas still have Chili Cheese Burritos!
I've never had an order complete here, they've always canceled. It never seems busy, but always fails to provide. Avoid. (Has not improved over two years; made mistake to order again and over an hour later and nothing)
One of the worst taco bell I have ever been to. They don't care what's your order or for how long you've been waiting. They work like they are on vacation or something
