The worst experience ever. Waited for over an hour for an online order.
Orders are always wrong and look like garbage from locations in IL. Taco Bell IL needs to take some lessons from Taco Bell FL locations. Every location I've visited here in IL has been horrendous. Steer clear.
This place has the most rudest customers the managers are even rude I want a higher ups number because my food was cold and they got an attitude with me .
Waited over an hour. Actually still waiting for my food close to two hours. The employees think this is a joke. So hilarious!!! Never come here
They refused to give my DoorDash driver my order bc they were closing in 40 minutes . I just wanted a Crunchwrap :,(
