They will just straight up lie and say the bathrooms don’t work, even if you buy something. There’s two bathrooms, and they lied about them not working so they wouldn’t have to clean them.
I’ve maybe written like five reviews in my life, so the fact that I’m writing this should say enough. This is easily the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I ordered a Doritos Locos Taco and got something that can only be described as cold dog food in a shell. Not lukewarm..actually cold.. Then I went up to the counter to ask for a water cup. I’m not exaggerating..10 employees looked around and just ignored me. I asked a few times and finally someone goes, “sorry, we don’t serve water.” I think that’s illegal?????
Raised their prices so they’re now one of the most expensive taco bell’s in the city. I used to love this location because of how fast, clean, and friendly the staff are. Go to a different location to get your taco bell for half the price :(
