Every time I come to this Taco Bell near the Berkeley campus, it’s a horrible experience. The customer service is consistently poor, and on two separate occasions I’ve dealt with extremely unprofessional behavior from a woman who claims she is the manager. When I asked to speak to a manager to address concerns, she said she was the manager and made no effort to resolve anything. Beyond the attitude, the biggest issue is sanitation.
