Pretty disappointed. The only difference between this and a regular location is the draft beer. Nobody was at the front counter, and you can't purchase it on the kiosk, so we had to ask. We ordered a vegetarian item and received something with beef. When we asked for a replacement, they did it without any apology. Something is wrong with the steamer and all of the tortillas were sticking to the wrappers badly.
I was really impressed with the overnight crew. They're hard-working. They kept the restaurant clean. Mopping the floor wiping the tables. Windexing the windows. Extremely impressive to watch all while handling customers with respect and dignity.
Chalupa barely even warm
On the tablet menu, there’s an option to make the Baja Blast “dirty.” I reasonably assumed dirty meant with a shot of alcohol in the drink, but it was just some type of vanilla sauce. This was even more misleading because others had told me alcohol was sold at this location.
