I often order through the app and pick it up. Never any problems. Always ready as soon as I arrive. Incredibly kind staff. I have loved this location since it opened. Always a pleasure.

Terrible customer service. Out of half the items on my order. Instead of telling you when you show up and tell them the name on your order, you sit around for 14 minutes while some stoned employee just looks at you and laughs. Then they tell you they’re out. You ask for your money back and they tell you to do it in the app, and lie and say they told you they were out of the items right away. Submit tickets in the app and get no response. Editing this review in March of 2026. So there’s a new evening crew that hasn’t disappointed me yet. The young lady at the register, amazing. She’s always on top of the orders and they get A LOT of mobile orders. The staff making the food, on point. I’ve actually brought my hard tacos home and there’s still a crisp to it, that was rare before. Even the burritos, they have some weight to them. Overall, I hope this night crew sticks around.
