Would give 0 stars if I could. Was told no beef here for over an hour on Cinco De Mayo day. Was forced to order other items with no discount. Manager not helpful to guests who need help on kiosk. Do NOT eat here, place is filthy dirty. Forced to order on dirty Kiosk. Went to bathroom to wash hand and no soap or hand sanitizer. EYE TO EYE Walked in. Placed an order. Asked for a cup of water. Response: “You have to purchase a cup.” Returned the cash. This is not about the cost. It’s about the principle. Policy is one thing. They mess up the order every time I go there.
My husband and I ordered our food and while he was driving home I felt wetness on my pants. I look at the bag and it's falling apart in a few places and the bag was dripping. All of a sudden the entire bag falls apart! All food falls to the middle console, on the floor or my lap. While I'm cleaning it up and putting it in a plastic bag from our back seat area my husband has turned to go back to the store. Really disappointed in this location. The woman working the drive thru was extremely rude (I didn’t say a word about it and was nice the whole time). I ordered a taco with meat and cheese only. When I get to the window she takes my payment, thrust a bag at me and slammed the drive-thru window (again, she was just really a rude person today). They were fast and taking care of a very long line for drive through and when they made a mistake, they certainly took care of my sandwich. Taco bell in Taylor is busy and very good
I wait 13 mins for 2 tocos and a large drink I spend $13.00 dollars ? The toco truck Nextdoor sells more food better faster fyi $1o cash and bigger
